Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Yellowstone Hidden Trails (the "App"), operated by Seek Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Use of the App
You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App in any unlawful manner
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its servers
2. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases (such as the Frontier Pack). All purchases are:
- Processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store
- Subject to the payment terms of those platforms
- Generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or platform policy
3. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including images, audio, text, and game design — is the property of Seek Labs and is protected by copyright law. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any content.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seek Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services including Firebase (Google) and the Apple/Google app stores. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
